WTF? Sam Simon wasnt being snobbish at all. You yourself said that he sat there very quietly, so how the hell could he have been acting snobbish?

Oh and hes not the creator of the simpsons, Matt Groening is.

Well they tried engaging him in conversation several times, and he wouldn't respond... he was very rude, imo..

Still can't believe you put Doyle, Elezra, and Greenstein on the list. Helmuth, Men the Bastard I mean Master, Devilfish surely belong.
That Helmuth Shtick isn't just an act, sure he gets all hyperventilated when the cameras are on but he's been a douchebag far too long for it to all be "for show".
Doyle may be annoying to some, but look at all the crap he's seeing in these games lately such as grandstanding, welders' glasses, hoodies clamped up, possies (sp.), and endless table banter~the guy just wants to get to the next hand

I really thought this was a level post. Barry G is the man. The guy triggered the lol donkaments charity drive to Children Inc. Raised a whole lot of money for them.

I do not think you can put Doyle there either. If anything, blame the people around him for that applauding ****. It's way over the top.

List is worthless without Humberto 'da chark' Brenes, Brad Garett - or any celebrity for that matter (other than Shannon Elizabeth..) , David Grey, Annie Duke, Men 'the Master', Howard Lederer (is there anything more annoying in the world than him talking about hip hop like he's an expert?), Phil Gordon etc. Op's list is terrible, Scotty and Simon are the only two I somewhat agree with.

I have to disagree with #7 - Daniel and #2 - Eli. They are two of my favorite players on HSP. I doubt I would watch the show without them. I also like Dwan a lot.

I think OP has no logic because he dislikes some players who are super quiet (agreed) but then dislikes others who talk a lot. It's TV, it is more fun if they are talking and being lively.

My favorite episodes of HSP are when players play tons of hands and talk a lot and this is usually Eli, Daniel, and Dwan!

10. TILLY~Don't really see her much on TV, not enough to annoy me anyhow.
*Men the Master, and Devilfish definately belong on the list, and Chris Ferguson (not the person, but his horrifically slow & deliberate play is definately annoying enough to make the list IMO)

I can see where some would want Hellmuth on this list, but imo he's pure entertainment.
You cant take a guy with that size of an ego too seriously, just laugh at him and enjoy the show.....

Brenes on the other hand....only a douche would pull some of the stuff he's pulled on National TV just google his match on NBC HUPC with Huck Seed god what an idiot
