call, while in some LLSNL games you can overfold here, he is way to far up in his range to fold in a mid to high stakes game (assuming Tony isn't a peddler)...also pretty interesting play by Tony, he still has TP and Bart could be betting twice to check back with like AxJx or non two pair Axwheel hands, also prob takes his showdown with 8xTx (so Tony does have showdown with TP), its only like 1.5x pot so flushes are never folding, straights are never folding, sets mostly call, so he is only trying to get like AK, AxTx, Ax9x,9x7x to fold...
