lol for some strange reason i wanna be a part of this so there is some form of integrity to it, there should be a provisor that you must have played 100k+ hands at 50NL+ online or like a test that will prove ur half decent otherwise its just going ot be a bunch of spastic donks with no idea and not enough intelligence to get an idea quick enough

unfortunatly with the casting being in syd n melb and me being in canberra its just not worth my time for such a small amount of equity. i wish they had a entry where it was like write us a couple of paragraphs of why we want you.

Thats what i thought aswell. I would be suprized if they picked someone from that form.

But the thing is people watching dont want someone who makes a decision because he has 42% equity, they want someone who makes a decision because they had a feeling there card was comming. The people watching wont know the differnce between a good player and a donk by just hearing them talk.

They have emailed out entry forms now, which need to be completed and sent back, with more in depth and rather strange questions.

This is really good imo. The show will be awful with even worse players I'm sure, but it's going to get so many people playing. Lots of fishes will be depositing online and starting to attend home games.

If it increases the levels of action during the times I play (which tends to have half if not less the participation levels of peak times) then awesome.

Hopefully the show encourages super loose, passive play, or just major bluffs. Like all other holdem on TV they will only show the plays that are could be considered a total moment of brain spew or a stroke of genious as a guy over bet shoves with air when all the draws hit on the river because he had a read that the guy would fold.
