Looks like (from PokerGO's recent tweets) Jungle is out, and Bryn Kenney and Jared Bleznick are in

Hope Bleznick is a bit less awkward than when he was on the PLO week in the old PAD days

He’s a NL guy and was probably bored playing 7 handed mix

Then why agree to come on and play in the first place?

I guess (above poster made a decent point IMO) also him leaving made it five handed, but obviously they are playing nosebleeds so kudos to him for realizing he wasn't in a great spot and sitting out. Sad to see the "businessman" run bad.
More mix please PokerGo...big bet mix would be great but I could see if the pros would be hesitant to show any strat on the less studied games.

Well when he left he actually made it 6 handed which is probably a better game anyway

I also believe they had guys in the bullpen with that game running in back

I still love PokerGO. Watch all the live stuff and rewatch the nosebleed cash games with Adelstein/Berkey etc...So entertaining. Today's Poker Open was lame tho. Coverage started at 6PM and was over before 8PM.

Not sure when I 'tuned' in but pretty sure it was well past 8PM, maybe not as I was playing and time is lost when I'm at the table. I just started to watch the full FT so I'll know more later ...

These tournament structures aren't as deep as some of these guys are used to playing. Obviously they are over in two days so that in it's self is different. More than likely at least two of these FT Players walked right over and entered into the PLO tournament as soon as they busted/finished. GL

Is PokerGO worth the sub? I'm somewhat addicted to pokershows, and youtube is kinda slim after having plowed through most of my favorite shows.

I'd happily pay the monthly fee if the service is actually worth it. I heard some rumours about it being really laggy?

Go for it. Tons of ondemand content, sounds like what you're looking for. It works well enough for me.

PG has done very well to improve the technical side of the broadcasts that had some issues when they first got going. Not that it's rocket science but the mixed games table they have has proven to work well and make those nights more attractive.

The one obvious attraction is their relationship with the WSOP events but the 'extra' content is also worth a look as well. They aren't HBO and wont be able to come up with new features 'all the time'.

The ongoing USPO, similar to the Poker Masters and Super High Roller Bowl series, are filled with tournament FT and then you have the the cash games that they can put together. I don't think they want to go the route of LAB or 'Stones and start to stream 5/10 and below since the PG studio probably has a much higher 'turn on' cost than what those casinos have to deal with.

To me, if you're going to spend the cash on the three month WSOP events push, then you should be able to get plenty of value out of the other nine months at a discounted rate via DNegs/PHell code or other when you pay for an annual pass. GL

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I looked at their "Vault" thing, and it looked like it had quite a bit of decent content. I like watching tournaments, but my fix is cash games if I'm being honest. How is the CG side of PokerGO?

I think that high stakes cash games are getting harder to put together. I definitely think that they play somewhat differently when on stream as well. It's hard to find 'attractive' lineups of Pros and slide in a few amateurs to move the money around. Any bad session gets magnified on social media for sure.

One thing that I've learned .... 100% Antonio Esfandiari is a magical poker player. He can come into a cash session and just take control of the whole table. DNegs seems to still have his number at times but if any Player shows any sign of weakness he's there to put them into a tough decision.

I'm no AE, but when I sit down at a 1/2 table I 'feel' the same way he looks on stream. I/he may lose, but it's in such a fashion that it's a rare case of being caught completely off guard. It's really fun to watch someone who looks that much better than the rest of the table. GL

I subscribed this weekend. So far I'm liking it, but there's a few things that really bugs me.
The sound is choppy in some of the vids I've been trying to watch. Like it really lags.
I wanted to watch that Grinder documentary, but the sound made it unbearable. The same with Poker after dark.

Am I the only one experiencing issues with the sound? Is there a fix?

What device are you watching on? I originally watched on TV via Firestick, found roku works way better. Also watching on my phone is always cleanest for me...

Agree the HS stuff is getting harder to organise, I'd be more than happy watching LATB level stuff like 5/10 & 10/20 NL/PLO with the occasional bigger game thrown in if it filled in airtime/content.

Chromecast via my phone. Which is on their list supported options, so I can't see why it shouldn't work. Right now I'm watching old WSOP series which works just fine, but it would be nice to be able to stream all the stuff I'm paying for.

I watch exclusively via Chromecast. I never have audio issues. Only issue I sometimes have is that replay will just stop after 20 minutes. Which can be ****ing annoying because its not like I just hit play and it resumes where it left off.

On Roku theres a Resume button. On firestick there was not & the fast forward was awful...

Wtf, why am I the only one having this problem? Netflix, Youtube, HBO and everything else works like a charm. PokerGO also freezes from time to time, and resumes after a couple seconds. And I've also had crashes, where it just kind of stops casting, and I'm suddenly staring at the Chromecast background.

And yes, my bandwith is more than capable, as mentioned above everything else works just fine.
