Maybe they should spice things up by bringing in Howard Lederer for a little color commentary...

Which means we will miss critical action as the field is widdled down from around 100-80 in that late day 5 segment, AND it's scheduled to stop at midnight on Day 7, the day they play down to 9. It's gone later than midnight before.... I can't imagine they would stop the broadcast with 12 or 11 players left., but don't put it past them.
Where do you see a PokerGo schedule with these stoppage times?

If they really do fail to stream the money bubble, it would be very unfortunate.

Is anyone else getting a connection error when trying to watch the "On Demand" content?

What was the point of the commentator dropping the F bomb a few hours ago? What's the upside, it sounds unprofessional and you're going to annoy anyone who's watching with kids in earshot. It doesn't bother me personally it just seemed like a dumb thing to do.

Otherwise I'm really enjoying the programming today.

It was Nick Schulmann. Some people overreact though.
I'm playing $10 a month. I want F bombs and C bombs.

Well, here is my take on PokerGo:
I will be unsubscribing after the Main Event. The coverage is alright and it plays without many glitches live, but on demand is another story.

I played Phil H Pokerography and while I liked the story, I wanted to punch my tv screen after it glitched over and over.

I decided to play Day 1b to see what I missed from ESPN. Every 30-90 seconds it glitched. (My other on demand resources are having no problem on my high speed router)

My recommendation to everyone...save your $$

I get a connection error or if I can get it to play, the audio is all choppy. I've tried casting from every device and the problem persists. Customer service has no answers.

Schulmann is BY FAR the best commentator on there and you COMPLAIN!? Better than Jeff Gross by about a million X. Seriously what are Jeff Gross' qualifications to even be on there? Because being Friends with more qualified people doesnt do it for me!

What is it about Schulman that you like so much? Is it the monotone voice or the bland, unnuanced analysis?

Agree. More Shulmann and less Lon and Chad.

Schulman's great, he's a funny dude. Also by far the best poker player out of any color commentator. Sometimes he annoys me when a good player makes what he thinks is a bad play, but he tap dances around it instead of saying what he's really thinking. But he does a solid job at what is a tough job.

I didn't say he was bad at his job I questioned the F bomb. Poker seems to be on the uptick lately and there are things you can do to help that along and things you can do to sabotage it, I'm just thinking of things in these terms.

They just added more poker content in the PokerGo future. They're broadcasting the Aria High Roller Series in September. It was just added to the events page on Pokergo

For those currently staying at RIO for WSOP, is there a way to get PokerGo on the in-room TV? Or is laptop, tablet, phone really the only options?

Looks like karma has struck pokerGo for cutting their nightly broadcasts short: missing a certain bustout hand should wound them deeply.

It doesn't impact their pocketbooks, but still ...

I have been very much in favor of PokerGo since it was announced - $10 a month seemed totally reasonable for the kind of coverage they were promising. I was a little disappointed that they weren't streaming every final table, but I could forgive that with the promise of exhaustive Main Event coverage. Now it turns out they are ending their streams with hours remaining on the day. Absolutely ridiculous.

If PokerGo is losing people like me, people who would be willing to pay $20 a month or even more for for coverage, there is something seriously amiss.

Super bummed they are cutting coverage short even on day 3. This is where it starts to get really exciting.

I thought I heard/read somewhere they planned to cover to end of day tonight or, at least, to the money. That may just be me, you know, living in hope.

Shame on PokerGO for not televising anything after the dinner break!! This has been so disappointing. They are basically just live streaming when its convenient to them. No production value, no thought put into it, no storytelling, nothing.
