PokerGO Subscription Service (please ** No Spoilers **) - Page 19 - Poker Card Room

I got my confirmation email after signing up tonight, but it didn't pass an SPF check which could result in the email being flagged as spam. (This is a configuration on their end that needs to be fixed)

Wasn't thrilled to see video playback requires Flash. Blows my mind that a new service would launch in 2017 and require Flash. (Most browsers are phasing out Flash entirely)

Surprised by all the negativity and nitpicking. I think, it's an excellent service for that money and really enjoyed the Super Highroller Bowl and the One Drop. Very good production, great commentary by Schulman, Les, Galfond etc. Absolute snapcall imho. Flame on, mf'ers!

If you want to watch the streams without getting spoilered like I did for SHRB definitely don't go to the pokercentral website.

Via the app there's an On Demand button at the bottom right of the of the screen so if you want to get videos without getting spoilered, cover the front of your device with a piece of paper/magazine/your hand and then slowly move your cover of choice up to reveal the On Demand button. Press that and you should be good to go.

Would liked to cancel subscrption. I need to go to a fortuneteller to guess the meaning of 866-4-POKERGO. ??? What is the country? Zimbabwe? What is the country code and what it means POKERGO?

I tried to change the e-mail. Menu: Update your name, email, preferences or change your password. Not possible to change the e-mail, name&psw no problems, but e-mail not possible. Impossible to change the e-email! In digital service!!! What a hell?

Service has some issues but as I said before Its only 10 bucks. Watching the Super High Roller Bowl and then the One Drop final table last night was pretty sweet.

Great commentary by Phil Galfond and Phil Helmuth last night, would have paid 10 bucks just for that episode lol.

Just copy that weird thing to Skype, my call worked, for free, there was no answer machine and surprisingly lady on other side wasn't in shock from my school English. As for their operator, they have some streaming service for NHL and only complain I have found was about "missing cancel subscription button" lol, from 2014. Just their site is right now err_timed_out(This site can’t be reached), but name of operator was Lion + something.

For me US skype call paid call(have tested right now). Not a big money 2.1 cents/min(but have to purchase a minimum 5 €) but anyway time and money wasting, especially the time (skype credit buying etc)

Mistake from PokerGo to not stream the Colossus final table. It is the event most likely to produce a bunch of unknowns at the final table and therefore those players will have the most friends and family wanting to watch their guy/girl on a stream for the first time. Would probably pick up a lot of subscribers.

Not sure why something wouldn't be streaming everyday. Negreanu is at the 10k Omaha hi-lo final table right now, down to 3 and going for a bracelet. Some would argue that some of their customer base might be interested in watching such a thing.

I'd say it's more for the support staff than anything, since they have so many commentators on the pine. But still, how many do you need? You don't need TV quality production on every broadcast. If a bunch of huge players are on the final table of a championship and your camera crew is away, get a guy out there with one camera, point it at the table, and go. It's better than nothing...

Last year Tuck was just pulling randoms into the room to do commentary. The production quality wasn't that great. It was nice, it felt genuine, like a bunch of guys that like poker and just want to make sure everyone not in Vegas can watch it too.
