Well knowing that he staked David into the game is the key to figuring out the fold. David over bet the pot and he's only what 38%.....really easy fold.

From Ivey's perspective David is actually betting $18k into 9k

Season 3 Episode 11 28 minutes in. Upon watching the hand DW bets 12k into a 4-way pot of 9k with about 80k left effective. Math isn’t that great and maybe PI just wasn’t feelin’ It.
