ESPN should do something. Watching the WSOP is getting very very hard. The guy is a tool, his jokes are not funny and no good looking woman would even go near yet he still makes stupid jokes about it.

The thing is, both are commentators of tournaments. I find it very hard to watch televised poker that mostly consists of bet->raise-> re-raise all in type of situations.
Even though it's clear Mike Sexton knows more about poker than Norman Chad, he doesn't provide decent insight on hands, at least Norman makes shovefest tournaments watchable.
I agree on Gabe, he is funny and can provide somewhat ok analysis.

We need to view the WSOP broadcasts for what they are. I enjoy them for that, and Norm is perfect.

I think Sexton and Gabe provide good insight on what is happening during hands wish they would do it more. Gabe has somehow started the stupid joke thing since they gave AJ the boot I wish he would go back to how he was when he commentated the WSOP.

Norman Chad is a moron. His jokes are lame, his Schtick is old, you can still do amusing banter and still be a solid poker analyst. Just watch any EPT or APPT on pokerstars TV.

I was so stoked that the NAPT was coming to the US till it go ESPN's lead touch of adding Norm and trying to make the NAPT a WSOP-a-like (all-in's all the time no real analysis) I'd rather watch reruns of the live NAPT feed with no hole cam than watch Dumb ass Norm and the hole cards. John Duthie is 1000% better calling action blind than Chadster is with the cards and results known.

This is just brilliant. Have you actually ever watched a WSOP episode? If you did, you would know that Chad is the color commentator and doesn't call the action.

Norm Chad was an excruciatingly boring "human interest angle" writer on sports for the Washington Post. He sucked then, in the same manner as now, only in print. His "humor" is the same lame schtick over and over and over again.
