Thoughts from any others out there on his line?
It's hard to fault either play as being incorrect. If quads shoves, Qs are almost certainly calling, and if quads checks, Qs are almost certainly calling the check/jam.

I don't see what bluffs Andy could have here to raise the turn and call a 3b, so that's a moot point.

On the turn, what does Andy put Jacky on when Jacky bets / 3-bets? Qx? JTdd? 66? You wouldn't think Jacky ever has 9s full given the turn action, although I have seen players spaz with A9 in that spot.
- 9x/66/missed flush/bluff won't call a river bet
- a Q will call or raise a river bet for a split

Can you make a case for a check behind on the river? Do you lose value by doing so?

Ya I miss Gary too, playing and commentating.
I believe he lives in San Diego, and I believe a player said something like "He doesn't wanna come in for smaller games". Maybe that was a troll, IDK.

He's only recently stopped doing LATB, about 2 and a half years ago.

Thank you. I remember fans were not thrilled with his antics for a while back but it's really surprising to me that he would completely vanish from the table/booth. I hope he comes back and plays.

I don't think we'll be seeing Limon any time soon. Pretty sure his departure from LATB was not amicable, in the sense that he was more or less pressured out after the Polk debacle. If you try to type 'Limon' in the chat of a LATB livestream it won't let you. Limon's become a four letter word.

Meanwhile, the reason I opened this thread is that Denis (reg in LATB) is making a deep run in the 1500 PLO tourney at the WSOP. Be cool to see him ship it, but I think he'll need to get very lucky to do so---judging from the hand histories they're sharing. BOL anyway

7 left in the 1500 PLO. If Denis wins this, all hell breaks loose in the Rio!

Love how annoyed Nick gets when someone’s phone dings, the response is just so out of line

Wow, Nick also got real pissy about the Asian guys speaking Chinese after the hands were over.
Not during the hand obviously, the dealers told them not to, and they stopped immediately. But in between hands they were speaking to each other and Nick was like furious, finally played a hand with one of them, kind of slow-rolled him and called him a "F*ck face"

So cringe

Wouldn't be the only racist American to get aggro at a foreign language being spoken.

A few things the viewers didn’t see is that they talked in hands and out of hands. Nick probably should have asked the floor/dealer to deal with it, but the blow up was after it got outta hand. At one point an Asian guy who was standing behind them possibly could see Garrett’s cards, which got him upset. He was asked to leave, but didn't.

I don't know anything about the "FF" line.

You had to be there. There was a ton of non English during and after hands. I blew up because they were warned and didn’t give two ****. Not to mention the friend standing behind looking at hands and talking in Chinese. We are playing for thousands of dollars.

And seat 5 slow rolled my nuts off prior. Lots of things you don’t see hear or catch from the chat.

LATB should have Dennis, Hashtag King, New York Poker King, Armenian Mike, Harry, Eli Elezra and Vertucci together for a game--that'd be interesting to watch.

You forgot Torelli. Not sure Nick belongs on this list though.
