Well although Greg Raymer is good, The best this decade has to be Joe Hachem.

Yeah you need way more hands than that, to get to the halfway point.

I think they are close! And even though Jesus has been known longer and maybe gets more airtime, I do think these are the top 2 players to win the ME this decade!!!

More exclamation points makes it true.

The worst thing about Cada imo is he has no ability to diguise the strength of his hand. Watch as he pushes in with weak pairs and you can read it all over his face. Watch at the end as he is heads up with Moon and he furrows his brow and even looks aggressive whenever he makes his hand. What made his donk shoves so bad was the fact he reeked weakness.

Forget EV + or -, forget ranges and odds, if you can't keep your **** together at the table sucking out is the only chance you have.

That final table was like having 2 Jerry Yang's at the table and they ended up heads-up for the win. Sooooooo horrible.

obviously cada is a good player, he's not an online pro for no reason.
the ft ws a standard ft, the luckiest player won, same as with most final tables in everyday tournaments online and live, saout played the best there bar the massive over raise with 8's in his last hand and that was that.
cada luckboxed the ft, he played hands bad and got lucky, hes still a good player, honestly, i bet everyone on two plus two who is a decent player, has played horribly at the ft and still won through luck, i think i run bad but i still have to admit that i have luckboxed a few sng fts in my time, cada just did the same but on a bigger stage. moon played even worse and got heads up, luckiest players win ft's 90% of the time it seems.

Don't think too many established "luckboxes" have been staked by Sheets and Bax for the main event.

Hmmm.... somebody should figure out who has outlasted the most combined players (across years) in the ME this decade. It might be Matusow or Harrington.

This table was a freakin' joke, the two pros deserved to go further, cause they played good poker and always put their chips in good. The french guy deserved to experiment the final HU, he seemed to play good poker too; Joe Cada played like s*** and always sucked out, hitting twice a two outter and moving allin while he wasn't commited; a joke! Moon played ugly too, even if he owned the final HU till he tilted. It was a great ME this year except for this final table, it was sick and I'm sick for Schulman, Ivey and Saout....

Gold bullied with his chips and ran over the table in an impressive demonstration of the power of being the chip leader. Eastgate, while lucky, played his hands well, especially against Deminov. Yang.....no comment.
This x10
And Mr. "Headsup specialist" ? - I'll take him on right now.

I'm assuming I'm falling for this posters joke by even responding, but I do believe Cada has a future in poker....either at a soft $1-2 no game, or even more likely to me...in the dealers box.

no it was no level... i guarantee that after seeing his resume there is no way this guy won't do well in the future if he continues. It's highly unlikely that he falls off.

I'd take Cada in HU match with any of those players. When you have 20 buck spin, kingsofcards, and theashman on your best friends list you know you're doing something right. Obviously small sample and that's not proof in and of itself, but I have doubts many of the people you listed could beat 25/50 online. Cada's had pretty decent results there. Did he play perfectly? Probably not, he's under so much pressure on national TV where his every move is scrutinized and they played for a long time. Then you use the results (not even the play, just the results) of a few hands they show on TV to judge whether he's good or not? Seriously lol at the people saying that since it's a big event people aren't going to bluff. You have no clue wtf you're talking about. God this thread tilted me so hard.
