Any video with Phil Ivey making a mistake?

I saw two lost hands by Ivey: one from wsop 2008 i think, when Ivey called a full house having a flush and the other losing allin (ivey called KQ against A2 i think), but its very hard to say that these was mistakes...

thanks

He's Phil Ivey for a reason, he doesn't make mistakes.

WTP seson 6.
final table, Ivey is chipleader. he raises with A9 to like 200k or something. A guy goes allin with AQ for 1.2 mio Ivey calls and loses.
few hands later he tried to bluff quads.

He is not a god, he's a really good player with a lot of talent but it's not like he never makes mistakes.

For some, the left testicle is bigger than the right one. For Phil Ivey, each testicle is larger than the other one.

Laying down KK against Brad Booth on HSP is a debatable one. In fact he played kind of weird all throughout his session on that show.

+1. If you, OP, want to see Ivey making some weird plays, check out season 3 of HSP. The strangest thing was how he layed down the king high flush draw to a single bet on an unpaired flop.

Flush draws suck. Was the bet really small or something?

No, don't think so. Like 3 players or so were behind him, though.

On a WPT final table he called a 3bet all in with A9, and it didn't seem like a good play to me considering his skill advantage and all. The guy had AK.

Then shortly after he raised with AQ, and got 3bet by Scott Montgomery with AK. Ivey called the 3bet, and then check-folded when a rag flop came. This didn't seem like a very well played hand.

And later in the same broadcast he 3bet all in with 33 against a player that had AA (Nam Le I think). It seemed quite reasonable, but you could fault him for not being able to read strength from his opponent.

I just rewatched this last night so it's fresh...

Kaplan thought it was weird, but it seemed like a totally reasonable fold given the action. In fact, I think it's a snap fold.

His opponent bet $12,000 into a $10,500 pot, and Ivey was out of position. That bet screams "I know I have the best hand, I don't want to get drawn out on so if you have a flush draw go away." And if your opponent likes his hand that much, and you're out of position with just a king high flush draw, anything other than folding just seems dumb.

Of course he makes mistakes. Whats impressive is how few spring to mind given the hands he's played.

He has as many great unorthodox plays recorded on TV as he does questionable plays. Can't say that for anyone else.

First 2 examples that come to mind are the hand against Paul Jackson and the 4bet/cbet/takedown with 64 against Antonius/Bennyamine.

I was rooting for Pralad Friedman in the ME, honestly I dont really care for phil to win, Hellmuth is better and I prefer him over all the others.
