I really enjoyed seeing Howard exposed by Phil Ivey as the chiseling, nut pedaling nit that he is when Ivey turns him down for an insurance bet on his all in vs Ferguson by telling him.."I'm not gunna bet you because you never gamble with me ....you have to give action to get it.."

Fittingly, Howard misses his draw,and Ivey wins his bet on Ferguson's hand with Doyle.

Howard is visibly pissed and is a complete douche bag to Leeanne during his exit interview.

Why do have to be forced to watch this douche bag play when we tune in to watch great players like Ivey and Doyle?

found it hilarious ivey tried to get lederer to bet against himself.

If I remember correctly Ivey bets 10k with Doyle on the hand. Howard has a flush+straight draw and Ferguson only has top pair. Howard says he wants to bet too and Ivey says he doesn't wanna bet with Howard cause he has never gambled with him before.

Howard then says (like a a little girl fwiw) "Ok give it to doyle, give the action to Doyle". Ivey then says "What are you gonna lay? Lay 11/10, 110k to 100k and you got it with me". Phil Hellmuth says "One Hundred and ten thousand. Wow"

Howard then says "I'm not gonna lay 11/10 when you just bet even with this man". Ivey then owns Howard Lederer by saying "I'LL LAY 11/10 ON YOUR HAND".

Doyle claps his hand and nods his head also when Ivey says this. Howard doesn't take the bet, loses the hand and busts out of the tournament. lol

Howard is possibly my least favorite famous poker person. Yet, in that clip, he was not as you described him. He was not "visibly pissed". I think he was very surprised and probably a little upset, but def. not how you said. Also, in his interview, he was not at all a douche to the lady. Not at all. You think because she said what was the thought process and he said there was no thought process, that he was insulting her? Or even correcting her? No, it was the only way to answer the question. There is no thought process when you are super short and you flop tons of outs to the nuts. He could have said it in a condescending way, but he said it in an analytical way (and he's not being all flirty or smiling, but he's not being mean, either). Looks like YOU read too much into it.
