I was at the feature table for day 5 and 6 of the wsop main event and right before I sat down to start the day an 888 representative who introduced himself as Roi Nadler told me that if I wore a couple 888 patches I would receive $1000. He had a pre-written contract that I filled out my information (name, phone number, etc) on and then he told me to take a picture of the contract.

This whole thing took about 5 minutes as we were in a rush because cards were about to be in the air, but he seemed legit and was given access to the feature table so I didn't think it was a big deal.

The same thing occurred for Day 6, and another 1k was promised.

There were spaces on the page where I could put in my banking information but I don't know that stuff off the top of my head so we left it blank.

After a few weeks I emailed 888 and called their New Jersey number and a person there said they would "escalate" it to the right person. Another month went by, I sent a few more emails and called back and they said they would escalate it.

Has anyone else had this experience with 888? Do they just not pay people? Any advice?

assume this may have been resolved given no followup but in case it hasnt...i had a patch deal for day 7 signed under very similar circumstances (didnt add bank info, all happened in like 30secs just before start of play)...after busting i emailed the main 888poker support who fwded it onto a guy named Doron Ziony who in his first reply attached a photo of the contract id signed and along with another guy, got me paid within a few weeks. Try DoronDOTZionyAT888holdings.com.
