Where to start? Where to start?

Pretty much a novice in sit and gos, i'm able to just barely beat micros. To put my skill level into perspective. I've got around 30k games under my belt, my roi went from -10% to -5% over a couple of years. This year however, i managed to have my first positive year. Woo hoo. The overall graph is now breakeven, with an roi of 7% at a slightly higher ABI than the previous 2 years. This is over a multitude of many different types of sit and gos.

I have therefore decided i'm going to put some effort into getting better. However i have not actually made a decision on where to focus my efforts.

My best results are actually in fifty50 games and i'm open to trying to improve at those. However i'm also open to attempting to improve at any of the other sit and go options.

I am starting at a relatively low bankroll of $200.
and besides that i'm willing to put about another $300 into poker in general (software or site subscriptions, stuff like that)

currently all i have is silver subscription for sharkscope and that's it.

Given this small amount of information. Where would you go from here? I was thinking perhaps get subscription for icmizer? But to be honest i don't really know what i'm doing with all these softwares, and have always just played the game based on my experience (which im aware is very sub-optimal, which is why i'm here asking for pointers).

My main concern right now, rightly or wrongly, is deciding which sit and go type to really focus on... If you were me, would you just stick with fifty50s and make the best of your most successful game? or would your criteria be different? My biggest concern is that fifty50s don't go that high up in stakes. So you can't really get that far with them.

No clue how to approach things from where i am in my poker journey... I don't even really know what my default ranges are, i'm not super ICM aware and tend to just make my best guess at the moment. So it goes without saying i have a lot of work ahead of me. I assume the studying is gonna be different for each format, so i really have to pick one.

Plz help xD

Hi, if you want to improve you should have a tracker like PT4/HM3 etc and Icmizer or Hrc

Concentrate on one game and study a lot. Learn about significant sample sizes and concentrate on beating each level before moving up. Not sure what the current state of the games are. But wherever the volume is, you should probably concentrate on that format, so that you can move up and find enough games to play and beat those next.

Do best results mean least negative ROI or actually positive? Fifty50 structure is inherently higher floors and lower ceilings. I personally play a similar structure the most because that's where the volume is on my main site, and I just got used to sticking with it (slash also saw the extremes of ICM situations to be intriguing and gotten VERY wrong by like 99+% of opponents). Word of warning, though, it is a format that is more susceptible to collusion than most. No clue the degree to which it is happening, and sites "monitor"... Just a potential risk when moving to higher stakes for such a game.

You dont sound like you desperatly need the money from poker.
So, Id focus on the game you enjoy playing the most.

You can't improve without a tracker and ICM calculator. Focus on one type of game, I'd only play formats that are popular, so maybe it is Triple up is your thing but not many sites offer it and you do not want hundreds or thousands of workhours nullified when they pull it (maybe Fifty50 be the exception here).
