Hi all,
I have a question about a hand on the bubble on a 9man (0.50$) turbo sit'n go from pokerstars. Blinds are 300/150 ante 25
Cutoff: 6400$ after posting ante, pretty good reg and raises lot of hands because of his big stack at the table
Button: 503$ after posting ante, no notes
Sb(hero):1380$ after posting sb and ante, have pocketfives
Bb: 4667$ after posting bb and ante, a reg who has some leaks

Action:
Cutoff minraises (600$), Button calls (allin for 503$), now what should i do with my pocketfives? Should I Push allin or just call because of implicit collusion or fold because i have an other big stack acting behind me?

Fold...but because 'implicit collusion' chances are low due to CO stack, and no fold equity on the shove.

What do you mean by implicit collusion?

This is an interesting spot here. I say that as you can shove AI and get called by CO (they are going to if they are a good reg) and lose to the BTN and still beat the CO and be in the tournament.

Against both ranges your equity is 25%. After plugging this into ICMIZER though it seems like this is a shove. Can others confirm?

So implicit collusion is a thing that i read from Collin Moshman. If i remember well it means this: there is the bubble and it has a short stack who is going allin. At least 2 players (with 2 bigger stacks) call and they check all streets so in this pot there are 3 players so it is less likely that the short stack will win. Now the short stack has a bigger chance busting so the others will make the money.

Ahhh... That makes sense. I don't think you have any fold equity here once you shove. If they are implicitly colluding just to get the short stack out how can they ever fold when they have a chance of knocking you out for ~700 more?
