This hand was from a STT 9p Turbo 1,50.

I would like to hear you about this spot. Should I cbet in this situation ? I did not cbet because in these microlimits they call wide (third pair) and sometines did not fold to second or third barrel. This could be a reasonable thinking or i'm tripping ?

You raised UTG so I think you can cbet when only the BB has called. You're range of hands is quite small so you can easily rep the King on the flop. If he calls and you don't improve on the next street you can check back if he checks the turn ,and you can give it up on the river if he bets out. He had the right price to call wide pre flop so he has a very wide range. GL
