    Not much. Shove a little tighter/find better spots. He's raising UTG with 3 stacks that can threaten him. He shouldn't be that wide. If he over folds to 3b, it could make up for all the times you are behind or flipping. Even that, though, is ignoring 5 players left to act. Overall, this isn't a huge blunder but would need unbalanced opponents to show profit.

    Either fold, have a decent read and ship it or flop a 5.

    As Duke said it, against a raise from an healthy UTG+1 you probably dont have the needed equities to go all-in.
