pot is around 24,000
your stack is around 40,000
I'd probably check shove turn, if the villain checks back, i'd value bet any non-heart river, otherwise check fold any heart river.

I'm guessing you mean A10hh for the nut flush.
After leading flop for 7k and turn for 18k I don't think there's any way to get away from it.
I probably would've taken this hand to the felt though as it's a limped pot and there really aren't many hands that have you beat (besides a flush). You have 83 and miraculously flop top two. It's unlikely he has a set of 8's or 3's (because you have both), a set of 2's is possible but not probable considering he limped utg, 22 would probably be a fold/raise. The turn is an off suit Q which doesn't change much, I doubt he's limping utg w Q2, Q3, Q8 and he'd probably raise QQ utg.
So IMO the only hand(s) you lose to is a flush so it can come down to a few things; Knowing your player and whether they are the type of stack off with mediocre hands/ big draws or are they tighter and always show the nuts?
And if you aren't close to the money bubble if it's worth trying to double up in this spot.
Had the hand played out differently I wouldn't hate getting away from it.
