cc pre is actually pretty good, its a small sample, but in general, the earlier you are, the less you want to cold-call and more you want to 3b to shut out people behind you from the pot, when you are CO/BTN you can cold-call more because you will often have position postflop, so the CC number should be highest on BTN and gradually decrease as you go further from the BTN
XR flop is too low across the board, in BB should be at least around 10% - this means you are probably check-calling top-pairs and strong draws at SPRs where they are good enough to stack off and you are probably not finding enough XR bluffs - generally a good approach here is to take hands that have some backdoor stuff going for them, (but they are not strong enough to check-call) and XR them and keep barreling on cards where either you pick up some equity or a lot of your other bluffs improve
turn probe in BB is also too low, should be at least 30 but probably more - often when people check-back OTF, they cap their range a lot, so you should start treating even weak top-pairs and second-pairs as the "nuts" and also bluff agressively versus their weak range if they are not calling stations
