I started Grinding STT 3 weeks ago and everything went very well, now I'm facing a little downswing I Think what make think about some Questions :
- How much % of our BR we can invest in one session ? (I used 12-15%)
- How much session we permit our self in a day using the % above ?
- If we feel that it's a bad swing move down the limite immediately even if we have more than 60-70 Buyins ?
- What is the average ROI and ITM at the STTs ?

- How much % of our BR can we invest in one session?
As long as you are playing with a good BR-management I can't see how you invest more of your BR than you are comfortable with. As for your second question, I try to forbid myself to invest money if I'm not playing my A-game.
If you feel you are having a downswing you have to ask yourself if you are having bad luck or if you are just playing bad. I think it differs per player what they will do in such situations. I personally just stop playing for a couple of days.

I'm not an expert but I think if you are looking for answers to questions like this you should not look at what others do but what feels okay for you.

BR questions are pretty stupid because they are very individual. There is no magical number you can just always use.

All I can tell you is this: If you check your roll for every session (or god forbid, even throughout), have worries about whether you lost 14 or 16%... etc...
you wont play your best, because clearly your mind is at least somewhat preoccupied.

Also as for ROIs, there are sites such as: sharkscope.com where you can check yourself, for the games you are interrested. Keep in mind that you wont make anywhere near the ROIs the best players in their games/stakes do, at least now. Maybe someday if you study hard and all.

Thank you Both for your answer, but I don't think it's a problem of my A game I think More it's because of the Room because I'm often playing at 2 rooms at a time and till now didn't face a bad day at the 2 rooms.
Ronny It's what I did I compare my ROI with other reg player who have between 2 and 4 and mine is 7 even after the bad swing, that's why I wanted to ask because I don't know where I read that in STT it must be around 12.
