In general, I don't know how to handle these spots. The BB is 42/17 and I was hoping to play against him straightforwardly if I hit. However with LP 23/15 in the hand I don't know how to proceed.
My guess is that weak bet on flop is ok to induce action from LP's draws, and after he calls I should just go All-in on turn myself no matter what card hits?

I could see a shove with 10BB. 16BB is too many to shove here with so many behind and far too short to play post flop.
