Single table SnG, strategy deal with min raise heads up?

Playing online 6 player SnG, there is this regular who kept making minimum raise at button heads up when it's down to two person, blind is 50/100, I have about 1400 chips or 14BB, he has 1600
What should be my calling range? After flop if i hit a pair do i keep check-call? villain always cbet postflop
I have been folding a lot Pre-flop
what if blind is 100/200, which leaves me 7BB, seems will be very expensive to call the min-raise. either fold or raise all in? and what range again?
