Three exit hands, two from the same tourney where I rebought:

This is how I'm losing stacks every, single, time in MTTs.
I make perhaps one wrong call every ten tourneys that leads to an exit.
It's a bit tilting, happy to post the other hundred exit hands.

First hand just a bad beat.
2nd hand looks like too big of a raise to me, but who knows how the table played before.
Third hand I guess I wouldn't have called that big of a raise and a couple all ins unless they were potatoes... again how the table has been played...

Overall I wouldn't say critical mistakes, just plays I personally wouldn't have been in for various reasons.

How is this soul-crushing? These hands are not even final tables where one bad beat can cost you TONS of money. I'm not saying it's not unlucky but I fail to see how this has anything to do with variance in MTT.

The hands you posted tells me a different story - You got leaks and these are quite standard hands that really shouldn't be that difficult.



1st: Jam pre 1k in the pot you don't want to go 4ways with AQ with 20BB
2nd: I don't like the large flop bet it screams strength and you might scare people off with marginal hands not that it think it matters that much but you would get eaten alive against competent players.
3rd: I guess implied odds make this call fine.
4th: I love seeing stuff like this regardless of the outcome - Of course it sucks if we are super deep but in the end, guys like him MAKE YOU MONEY.
5th you should flat here with a decent suited hand. You want to be involved in hands with the whale.
