raise-folding with the short stack on the bubble

6-max bubble, Hero is short stack on BTN with 2nd in chips on SB and big stack in BB, what is the largest relative stack for Hero to raise ~80% of his stack and then fold in the event of 2nd in chips shoving and getting called by the BB (and Hero doesn't have A-A or K-K)?
