SB v BB short stacked, standard shove?

Daily Special $5.50 on GG/N8 about 450 players left, 341 get paid so still a fair bit away from the bubble.
H (19bb) is in the SB and has QJo, V in BB has 9bb. I know this might be trivial and wasting peoples time, but just wanted to double check that this is a pretty easy shove.

yes - with 9BB eff it's shove or fold and we can shove over 50% of hands without antes - often >75% with antes - have a look at some charts
