Looking to get back into it! Advice?

Hey guys, long time since I posted/did anything poker-related, but I'm looking to start playing again maybe a few hours a night after work.
In the past, I was a winning low-mid stakes STT reg, who typically played non-turbos but eventually made the transition to turbos quite simply to achieve a higher volume of tables (albeit at a slightly lesser ROI).
My question is this - at a super high level, how has the game changed over the past 5-8 years? Is it worth getting back into STT or is my time better spent playing 45 or 180 man SNGs (I was a winning player at this tier of SNG as well).

Which sites can you play on? Check them out and see which SNGs have volume and work from there.
