Currently 8 table the $6.50s on stars and should be (if no major down swongs come my way) slowly moving up to the $16s within the next few months. If anyone wants to trade hand histories or discuss strat please PM me.

I'm trying to get ranges down when the blindsget enormous on the bubble. I'm not talking about 150-300, more like 25-500+. Because I KNOW that the given ranges in wizard are way inaccurate with the opponents calling rate, but I need to get reliable ones. So I was wondering if anyone had histories because at the stakes I was playing at, the blinds almost never reached that high and I so I don't have enough samples to get good ranges. Thanks to anyone reading this.

IMO, stop this range madness Piggle. Play and use ranges you think are reasonable based on your reads when evaluating later. If you think you are making a mistake or misunderstanding a spot, post a specific hand and people will try to help.

You know, the fact of the matter is that I'm getting progressively better. I've gone from unprofitable to breakeven to slightly profitable and I'm still improving at a fairly consistent rate as I get better hand ranges and watch more videos/read. So i"m really getting tired of people telling me I have some "get rich scheme" to take others hand ranges or something. You couldn't be more wrong; I've spent soooo much time studying sng's, so stop thinking im some noob who doesnt want to work hard at getting better, because every post I make people harass me.

I mean seriously, I asked a simple question: could anyone send me some hh's for me to use on my own to obtain hand ranges and I get **** from everyone here. I'm really sick of it: I may be new to the forums but I'm not a noob at sng's anymore so lay off and show some respect and decency (assuming your post is about me but really it's to everyone.)

I've spent a lot more of my time trying to actively get better than most people have.

Dude, that's exactly why so many people give you **** imo (including me initially). I can see that you put a lot of effort into improving but you're just going about it the wrong way. I just stopped replying to your posts because I couldn't figure out a way to do it without sounding like a D**k. I really think that people are giving you chit out of frustration rather than just enjoying being mean. There are a lot of people with a ton of experience who are giving valuable advice in this forum, just try to listen to what they have to say, just once.
Good luck.

Piggle, to put it in poker terms, the endeavor you are currently pursuing is a marginal spot. I do not doubt for a second that you are trying to get better, and are improving your game. What I am saying is your time could be spent better to make you a stronger player faster by studying different aspects than making a spreadsheet/database of 'what will donk #1 call with 6 bb deep'.

Hope this helps, but honestly I'm just gonna ignore the next 'range thread'. I tried.

Hey, looking to join/form a study group for discussing SnG strat. Hopefully people to share discussion through email, review HHs, and even play games w/ discussion if people are up for it. Ive mostly been grinding $5 and $10 9mans on FT, and have an overall roi of about 11%, but its just over 20 if you dont count my early forays from the beginning of last year. PM me if youve got a group already or want to start one up.
Later!
-Soph

Edit: Oh, im also very interested in picking up turbos.

Hi there,
I have been playing a lot of the $86+1.72 hyper turbo sunday million/warm-up satellites on pokerstars. I'm looking for anyone who has played these with some volume (I've only played 466) to discuss various strategies.

I think these are beatable long term for +$5/game. Right now I'm up ~3k over the 466 games I've played. I have looked at the stats of a lot of the regulars and there are a few guys who have played 1,000-5,000 of these and a couple who are in the range of +$2 to +5 per game.

Obviously there's a ton of variance, however I feel like a ton of regulars in these don't understand basic concepts involved in satellites and make a ton of -ev plays.

I'd like to share videos, hand histories, strategies if anyone is interested.

Hey, looking for anyone interested in watching each other play while critiquing with ventirlo, skype, or aim.

Me: I play $2/6 sit and goes and am somewhat profitable, with an roi of 8-10ish. Looking to get better/move up stakes.

i recently switched over to 6 man turbo sit n gos and starting out at the lowest level of 2.25. i am looking for anyone else that plays these. these are not bad since you get more games per hour for your hourly rate.

So I play 3.40s and 6.50s single table sits on stars.

I can play 16-30 tables depending on my bankroll for the games I'm playing so I get a lot of volume in.

Earned goldstar last month from playing 90% 3.40s and did pretty well in them til lately. I was rolled for 6.50s easily but was having trouble not breaking even in them so I stuck with 3.40s for a while.

I know most shove ranges and have a pretty good idea of the strategy I need for these games, would like to just perfect my game, rounding the edges and filling up leaks. Hopefully I can move up in limits when I get a solid bankroll in order and a good strategy which I can adapt to all limits.

If anyone who has experience at least multi-tabling STT turbos (8+ tables), success in these games, and doesn't mind exchanging HHs and talking strategy every once in a while, please contact me.

You can PM me on here, or talk to me on messenger

i 8 table $6 turbos. I've recently been encorporating the $5 45man SNGs into my game as well (small sample size, but lookin good)

I've got about 1300 games under my belt with a 14% ROI. I'm only recently starting to feel comfortable with WIZ, and I've just downloaded a HH replayer so that I can start really reviewing my game in detail.

If anyone wants to SERIOUSLY start a study group, please contact me. I play every day, and review my game everyday... I'm looking for someone to have strat discussion with during review and trade off the occasional sweat session

PM me if interested. Must have more than a 1000 game sample.
