I'd call in-game, but its probably a fold vs reasonable SB range, the more of a donk SB is the closer to a call that gets
also dont know payouts, is it 65-35 or 70-30? More top heavy payout makes this closer to a call

Icmizer shows -3.7 on this spot. That's why I'm not sure.

That ICMizer result surprised me. So I looked, and you're right it does pop out
a negative EV -- but that's because it puts the SB calling range at 5.1%.

If you (correctly) widen the villain's calling range it becomes an easy call. And I think it's a clear call -- you're set up to win the SNG if you triple up, whereas you are hoping to be in the money at a 4-1 chip disadvantage if you fold.

Can you post calcs? Also ran it with BTN comitting all of his stack not leaving 6 chips behind? Do they differ?
Also you gotta ask yourself if you can expect yourself getting in to a more +EV spot than this in the next 3-4 hands or expect the two other stacks merging.

I think folding these spots you will just get way too much 2nd places and it is not profitable in the long run folding out from these spots (like if you do this you do too many other nitty stuff that causing you finish 2nd > 1st in finish distribution)

I add on BTN pushing range any two and SB calling range any two, but my calling range is only AA.

Hmmm...

But if Im SB, Id own that setup hard.
If BTN is any good, hell realise that Ill give BB a walk in order to grind both down.
So BTN must realise he has to shove wider than usual.
Which in turn interfers with me owning, which then again lets me call BTN wider than usual.

Call...Maybe it is a fold at theory...But I don't care. QQ call as well, AK and JJ fold. Don't trust so much to the calculators. They "see" the situation "in vacuum".

Hi.
With no info about the villains (if they fold a lot against push, or if they are callers) I think I fold.
I always prefer the spots where I put the pressure, so I can have some fold equity (not too much in this case, but still some), but the main reason, in this spot, is that when we are folding we have two scenarios: BTN wins and everything stays the same (in terms of chips: one player with 1800, other with 900 and you with 400, aprox) OR SB wins and you get ITM. As you see, you stay the same or better.
In the other hand, if you pay, you can win, but still don't get ITM, and also is the risk that you can loose everything.

Interesting hand (Y).
