This is definitely borderline but I think it is a call. With 18bbs MP2 can probably do this with 99s/10s and AKo is also part of his shoving range. You are also dangerously low yourself.

Feels borderline leaning towards call, but it's a good spot to check with software. Just try some different 3b ranges and see if JJ is good call or not, comes down to what range u give him. As you have the read that UTG is aggressive (I assume this means also opening too wide), I'd assume 3b range be a bit wider than what avg reg would do
