IIRC it used to be about 2 and a half hours but they may have changed the structure since I played them so don't rely on that. Don't they give an estimated range in the tournament lobby in the client anymore?

Also this belongs in https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/23/small-stakes-mtt/ as it's about a 40-table tournament, not a single-table tournament.
