This happens all the time on Ignition, and I feel like they're handing out free chips.. but unfortunately I have been unable to exploit this type of play.
For example, say we're all about 20bb deep and a player (often who will do this frequently) will open limp a good percentage of his range. He's even brought to showdown 'less than premium' hands. In MP he limps, the SB calls, and we see a flop for free in the BB. The flop comes A
Q
3
, SB checks, we check, and MP min bets for about 1/4 pot.
Clearly, we can't call even getting great odds without any type of a hand. We also can't really raise, etc. because villain is stationy and won't "believe" us since we elected to check preflop. Do we just have to play these spots passively until we pick up some sort of a draw or made hand? Asking because it seems idiotic to let this guy continue picking up 4(with ante) bb.
