Within those losses, I accidentally reged a $10 game and won $30 so it's actually even worse. And I'm including rakeback in my results (((((((((((((((((((
">200x" means more than two hundred buy-ins? Yikes! What sort of sample size?
I am a spin-and-go/jackpot sit-and-go n00b, but it seems to me that the quickest way to get good is to learn push/fold strategy. Push/fold charts are all over the Internet; find a set that you like and work on getting a feel for them.
PokerCoaching.com offers an app for Android and IOS (iPhone/iPad) that (among other things) gives you a set of charts and, more importantly, has a push/fold quiz feature that lets you drill with various situations. Get good at those drills, and you will develop a good sense of when to go with it when you (or the villain) is short-stacked, which is most of the time in these things. It works reasonably well on Android (with some glitches), but I am given to understand that the IOS version is not really usable.
