If you are grinding $22 - $55 games @ party i am sure you are familiar with the names strfx489 - used to be "jumpingtree" - and p0kermon5ter.

These 2 accounts are same person's -very likely- or 2 guys know eachother and playing together. There are ton of evidence of this @ their play like chipdumping eachother and stuff but the most significant evidence is they start and end their sessions same time and never play seperately. Pompeypoker already made a thread about it a while ago - Thanks to him - about it ( https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/36...-right-890420/ ) and i have lots of similar hands been played between them and they have excact stats and playing styles which make me believe more that they are the same person.

I already called party last week to report and pushing them since then to take action for the most obvious and and most easily noticable collusion of the poker history but they refused to take action yet where they could easily just stop them playing @ the same tables untill they fully invastigate the matter just based on the reason that they dont play a single game seperately. It realy is a big shame they see it and doing nothing. The support guy i spoke last told me that latest friday this would come to a conclusion and i hope it does.

I already stopped playing @ the same tables with them and started to warn people @ the table before the game fills.

Any party players who knows about this and/or have evidence but didnt care to report it; It is now important for the integrity and trafic of the party games you do so. Please spare a few moments to send an email or call the support to report it and spread the word so we can stop these cancer cells before they spread and kill the games.

Thanks.
i tried not playing at their tables, unfortunately there isn't enough traffic for my liking if i have to avoid playing their games, i was gonna basically become a full time grinder next year and achieve palladium elite but it'd be basically impossible only playing $55- sngs while avoiding their games and not playing HU or the $55 turbos.

so i might have to move to fulltilt or pokerstars.

i also think it was a bad idea to merge my old thread with this one, the title is clearly better for it's purpose in the new thread as opposed to mine.

Re: DoN - this is collusion right?

Hi,

I want to make an update about the colluders mentioned above.

After Party's security team finished their investigation - Which took a bit long but very understandable due to these accounts massive game play and 100 thousands of hands to investigate to come to a fair conclusion and actualy it was couple of weeks ago but i just found time to make an update - they found these accounts guilty of colluding and banned them from the site which i consider a great victory for the integrity of the games @ party and online poker in general as this kind of desicions will definetly discourage future cheaters try their way.

Thanks.

unfortunately this isn't true (unless we were told different things)
Partypoker did NOT find them guilty of collusion, they said there wasn't enough evidence to prove collusion, but because of the complaints of nearly every reg in the games they played, they banned them anyway, but because they couldn't prove collusion they would not be compensating anybody.

Maybe i misunderstood as i had 12 tables running when i was on the phone but i just wanted to tell that they had been banned and wont be playing anymore at the site which is awsome.

Sounds like some BS. They shouldn't ban players because other regs are crying. If they are cheating they should make an effort to refund those who have been cheated. Banning players and not paying seems way too convenient for Party Poker. Thank God **== can't play there

There is nothing to refund. Those 2 accounts were way too retarded to win even they were colluding. Probably they were barely breaking even with rb - Party points in this case -

I would actualy rather them to stay but not play @ the same table - even they are -ev even together it was just so bald that they were doing it so obiously - but they wouldnt play seperately anyway so this is the best outcome of a stinky situation.

Re: DoN - this is collusion right?

I'm not an expert but calling might not be terrible since if you win he becomes the shortest in a desperate situation so he may have just figured he is better off calling here giving you a lesser chance of doubling (and putting him in a desperate situation etc).

Anyway cool that they were banned and I know OP is old
