Is this cheating/scummy? Is this cheating/scummy?

Playing the 6-max DONs on Ignition, I have encountered a player who uses his time bank to stall in order to manipulate his position approaching the next blind level. Specifically, he seems to time it so that he is the BU on the first hand of a new level.

There is no way of knowing for sure because Ignition is anonymous, but I have seen this happening across different games at the $10+$.50 buy-in level and I believe it is the same person and that it wasn't an isolated event or a coincidence.

I have recorded the tournament and player number where I suspect this to have happened. Is this something I should complain about? I am not sure if the advantage gained is actually significant, but it is certainly bad for the games as players don't get as many hands in.

He is within his right to use his time-bank. So long as he doesn't purposely 'disconnect' in order to get an extended time-bank, I think it's ok.

Does Ignition have site t&cs? Doubt this would contravene any rule.
