I think currently low stack play on the bubble is my biggest weakness and I'm having trouble finding a good way to study ICM.
I understand the concept and I have some general ranges I'm using. The thing is that even if after the games I go and look to see if I made the correct decision (in respect to push/fold) I don't feel like I'm adapting in my next game at all.
When I study ICM spots I like to make guesses as to what ranges should be in a given spots for each player involved before I see what the answer is. This let's me see where the gap in my knowledge is, and even better, why that gap is there. You'll see a lot of spots where what you think the answer is and what the actual answer is is so far from eachother that eventually by doing it in this way A LOT OF TIMES you will bridge the gap.
The fact you've been unable to apply learned concepts tells me you are either studying in a way that's not teaching you anything or you are not spending enough time reviewing hands.
