I've had a standing desk since 2013 and it certainly has helped me a lot, especially during the COOPs where I grind many days in a row for the longest hours I play of the year.
Unfortunately it doesn't exactly solve the lack of movement problem and with the way I grind, I couldn't put a treadmill under it or anything like that. When I stand I do some stretches and get a bit of movement in for sure, but hard to do much of anything while mass tabling shorthanded SNGs with tons of HU play involved and whatnot. I could start taking more of the MTT sync breaks so I could actually go walk the stairs or something quick, but then that cuts into my hourly which I don't like either
