That's a good one but it was published 10 years ago. Mike Turner has recently published a good one targeted towards small stakes, although a lot of his examples are from 6-max games.
Moshman's book is still the bible as far as I'm concerned. The strategies outlined are undoubtedly still good enough to beat micro/small stakes sngs. There's a decent section on sngs in 'Kill Everyone'. It's a bit more advanced though. Haven't read Mike Turner's book.
