After the blinds are posted:

BB: 7.29 bb
SB: 25 bb
BTN(hero): 17.65 bb
CO: 16 bb

CO folds, hero has 8

Top 3 pay the same amount, 4 gets nothing.

I wondered what my raise size (if any) should be, and should I call a shove from BB, who could shove a reasonable range. I have a read that SB will not bully me here.

Also what are the best resources for figuring spots like this out?

If SB will not bully you then raise fold vs sb call bb should be great.

With the SB covering the hero a jam would be an ICM disaster. You do want to get it all in with the bb tho. I would 4x raise for more than half of bbs stack (it lets him know you are calling a re-raise so that you still have fold equity). If SB jams I would fold. Obvious call a bb jam.

If SB really doesn't know what he's doing then we can raise-fold if the read is solid enough.

I'm just thinking it's a bit obvious we are never raise-calling stuff.

Very simple, raise 2.1x pre. Call BB’s shove. Fold to sb if he wakes up and 3 bets you. People play completely face up at these levels. No reason to 4x pre or even three x, you are just risking more chips unnecessarily.
