SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 200, fold, SB raises to 489, BB raises to 1,487 and is all-in, Hero???

What we have to do after this 2 c/r´s???
Every time an easy call?

I didn't thought Villains do this light with AJ or KJ?!
Just sets and flush draws?

If you fold, it costs you nothing more.

If you call, some of the time you are good, and some of the time you will catch up (ether by the board pairing and counterfeiting the villain's two pair or by your spiking an A, or by coming runner-runner clubs and be good, and the rest of the time you will lose your whole stack. Meanwhile, everyone else who folds gains the equity that both the BB and you have given to them by shoving. And our call doesn't close the action, because the SB can still call off also, making it even more of an ICM disaster for us to call off.

Looks like a shrug-fold to me. (I would have bet smaller on the flop, like 125-150.)

Every time as an easy fold here for me, LOL.
I am afriad we have to remove some AJ, KJs in their range, some of these may 3b pre, which would enhance their average XR and cold call range. With that being said, our AA are pretty weak when in this 3-way pot if we call.
Usually I ask myself, am I going to call this XR allin playing 100BB cash game? Because that is pretty much what we are looking at when ICM is involved in this case.
