10k tournament on americas cardroom. blinds 400-800

v opens utg+1 to 1800 i flat in mp with 55 button jams all in for 2561 sb flats and utg flats. we are 19,000 effective. Thoughts on my options here. when utg flats here i take all pairs out of his range because dont think he wants to play 4 way pot oop with big pair here.

Fold to the initial raise. With 25bb effective you shouldn't be flatting an EP raise in MP with a small pair. You don't have the odds to set-mine and there is a risk of a squeeze behind. Now you've gotten yourself into a bit of a mess.

EP raises 1000 to 1800, button jams for a raise of 761 - surely you don't have an option to re-raise

I agree that you should have folded to the original raise, but now that you've got yourself here, I definitely think a raise to isolate here makes sense. You're going to be behind the BTN more often than not here but UTG is+1 is almost always folding here even though your hand is pretty capped as well. If he's a really good player though he might 4b you and put a lot of pressure, but I don't think most players are capable of that play.

With that said, as mentioned, are you sure you have an option to raise? If you do, I'd b/f 7,000.
