call. his stats look reggy so probably shoving at least as wide as GTO. Also Ive found many "regs" in low limits are shoving any 2 from the sb at these depths because populations were (some may be still) folding there BB far to wide to sb shoves.

Think this is a language barrier perhaps? "probably shoving at least as wide as GTO" means I believe he is most likely shoving GTO or wider.

If you watch moshmans vids from a few years ago he shoves any 2 in spots like this when BB isn't a reg. He wouldn't do it if BB was a reg or had reggy stats which I assume you do. The thing is lots of reg shove to wide here some a2c. At least on partypoker they do. I see it all the time into me. my stats say may be something like vpip 17 pfr15 they see me as tight perhaps. They shouldn't be evaluating me as tight/loose. What they should be thinking is he is reggy and will know approximate ICM adjusted nash equilibrium for spot.
I know there is icm consideration as well as losing nearly all FE if you call and loose.but you do cover him and there are antis in play.

It all relates to default player pool reg on reg dynamics and I have no idea what they are at this buy in, in particular.

Just ran it on HRC it assigned SB a 70.3% range, and surprisingly your Q7s was -0.06 Q8s was +0.11. so readless its really close either way. So what are your regs doing in your player pool if you have no specific reads?
looking at his various hand equities for shoving 32o was the worst for him at just -0.2. That's really not that bad all his trash is so close to 0.0 so if he thinks you are just a little to tight everything becomes +EV shoves for him and if he shoves a2c Q7s becomes a fistpump call for you at +0.43

I would call him vs his ranges can be fine even vs Ax is ok , but as SB so wide call is not that bad option..
