OPPONENTS VPIP FROM BB 36% - 1st time he check-raised

OPPONENTS STATS: VPIP 36% PR 22% 3Bet 15% - my instincts said i was front with that flop (which was right). Is it a bad decision to risk so all my stuck for being slightly marginal?

OPPONENTS STATS: VPIP 67% PR 43% - loose player - too much 150bbs to risk here? I just though that such a player could be risking his whole stuck with top pair top kicker or an over pair
