Hello,

How many tables do you guys recommend to aim to play as optimal?
And how many games can you get in average per hour?¨

Also wondering if you guys use any programs to join the tables for u? such as sharkystrator

Regards

HI

Number of tables is highly personal and depending on what you are comfortable with.

Games per hour, the same answer applies, you can check sharkscope and with some math you can figure how many games per day/hour plays X or Y player.

For turbo formats I would manually register, probably at the hypers top regs have that sort of software, however in these days I think its quite uncommon to register without checking the lobby, especially in higher stakes.

Thanks for your reply!
I know its very personal, i just mean to get a somewhat good sample, it feels liek 6 might nto be enough, but say playing like 9, is that good enough you think?

It really comes down to your ability and goal.

If you want to maximise your hourly profit now and feel you got a lot of free time while playing, keep adding tables until you dont have free time anymore.

If you want to become as good as possible as fast as possible, stay on lower tables and use the downtime to keep thinking about the game. Look at how your opponents play, put em on ranges...

i do feel like im realyl crushing the micros, got like 15 evbb100 over a decent amount of hands - ill stick to 10 tables atm. The only thing i struggle with a bit is how to adjust the icm on bubble etc as most call way too wide, do you have any eperience?

Well, say you "should" shove 80% in a spot and your opponent "should" call 20%. If he calls more than 20% you need to shove less than 80%. There is no easy factor here, it will heavily on the individual set-up.

With that said, there are also other options than shove-fold for most parts of the game.

Just keep in mind that if your opponents call to wide, it my seem like its bad for you, but they also call each others too wide. Everytime this happens you get money for free and end up with a better bottom line, compared to opponent who call correctly.

Btw, how do people check their ev in 18man? Is it chip ev, or evbb 100, or what?

If i got a great evbb100 does that mean im probably beating the stakes? Cuz moneywise its not going so good, but evvbb100 and chip ev looks good. ( dont have many gaems tho, only like 370) but roi is **** like 2% atm after my current downswing
