Curious how that neighborhood South of 580 near there has progressed. Used to live nearby when it was pretty sketch/hoodish, might be all hipsterfied by now in 2017, lol.

A bit of gentrification, but not much. Not really hipster though. It's a long walk, medium bike, Or short drive to get to any kind of hip stores, cafes and such. It's a really nice campus and very large for the number of students.

Ok I've cracked $80 now. Twenty buy-ins at lolz .02/.04 so I should be able to safely climb from here if I don't tilt and punt it at a higher buy-in.

Think I must be winning at about 25 bb/100 clip. Not sure where they found this player pool but it's just like 2005 party poker at the lowest levels.

had it up to $180 playing .05/.10 and .10/.20 plo. took a shot at .25/.50 and now i'm back to $60

You guys are tempting me even though the last time I played poker online I took a $2 stake, played the lowest stakes, paid it off, built it up to almost $1000 and then got frustrated and had that all on a couple tables of NL400 and busted out.

Bovada gave me a free $10 or $20 (something like that) several years back which I ran up to about $850 before tilting and punting it at NL400. This is the first I've played since then actually.

I should probably just deposit and start higher rather than wasting so much time at the micros. Then I could tilt and punt and get this all over with sooner.

Movieman, we are playing on global poker. AFAIK nothing has changed anywhere else.

Jbrochu, I've wondered what my win rate must be also, considering I've mostly been 2 tabling on my tablet. I agree, pretty damn soft. I've been stuck cycling between $160-$220 at .05/.10, sitting about $175.

I agree, they may change the laws to close it at some point, but for now yeah, you just buy-in and play, or use the free $2 for signing up and play.

At $140 now at Global. It's really taking a long time to $200 playing .02/.04 and only 5 or 6 hours a week.

Did you guys know you can get $30/month added to your account for free by mailing in SASE to the sweepstakes thing? If I knew that a couple of months ago when I started I would be @ $200 now and moving up to .05/.10 like a mini balla.

Nope, didn't know. You got a link to instruction/rules? I'm right about $150 too, although I've been playing .05/.10 for a while now. If I drop to $100 I'll drop down, but I just fluctuate between $140 and $240 for a few weeks now.

Apparently you need to follow exact directions including envelope size and everything. (You don't put anything in the envelopes. Just fill them out as they instruct.)

There were a bunch of people from my town (Manhattan Beach, CA) at the concert. There was some organized trip. A teacher at the middle school my kids went to and someone who works at City Hall were killed and a cop was wounded. My daughter that's home didn't know the teacher.

I'm curious if this is a machine gun (illegal but easy to modify), or a bump stock (legal in Nevada I believe), or if you can even tell the difference from the sound.
