Depending on the history with the villain most of the times this is an easy shove.
In low stakes if the opponent is a rec they tend to limp with connectors and fold to shoves.
A7 is kinda strange here by his side but your shove is +ev

just i am a confused with so much new staff (playining cashgames micro NL16)

the last two months i started with SNGS and some MTT to improve my game and build my bankroll.
i see a lot of new softwares (ICMizer,HRC,etc) what do you think help me to develop my strategy?
i am making HH review before start new session also i watching video from RUN IT ONCE...
and some more, can i play a lot exploit at micro MTT unbalance 3BET, barrel more flops than optimal.. and also limp a lot BvB?

It depends a lot on your opponent. Tighter he is, less you wanna shove. If he is like 40/15, it's good shove, but sometimes you see players like 20/5 and I doubt it's good to shove there.

You should defenitely study with ICM software (try both - ICMizer / HRC a choose one) if you play turbo MTT SnG, you can gain a lot of edge with proper push/fold (+exploiting people, who don't call enough vs late positions with <10bb for example).
And yes, in general you wanna play as explo as possible. Propably almost all players at these stakes have big leaks somewhere, just find them and exploit (open and fold to 3bet to much, don't barel enough / fold a lot vs stab, overfold to cbet on the flop, not check/raising enough -> you can cbet more, etc.)

This is tricky. I often see people "trapping" with KTo and things like that in these spots.

Or 66/77 which is terrible for A5. Makes no sense to me why people limp call those hands but they do. I think this is a bit thin.
