Hero ?
UTG+2 is 20/10 over 10 hands so can't really tell anything from that. If we do ICM calculations, we have 9.1% $ev by folding, and 21.6% $ev if we shove and win. He's likely never folding to a shove so is it correct to say that we need 9.1/21.6 = ~42% equity vs. his 4betting range for us to shove? If so, do you think it's better to size a 3bet smaller so it's easier to 3bet/fold, or size it larger so it's easier to 3bet/shove?

Hero ?
Here I'm not really sure what to do. I think shoving pre is probably the best vs. 2 loose limpers but I filter my HUD for 7-9 players, 4-6, etc. and CO was a bit tighter with 15/5 over 23 hands (don't know if filtering is a good idea). As played however would you shove flop?
