pretty bad penny pinch examples here. i remember from a long while ago, when i was on a boring holiday with my parents in germany, and i dropped 10 cents on the street. so she walked back to pick it up. i berated her, and a while later she bought some lame thing she didnt need and waas waaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced in some souvernir shop. now THAT is penny pinching at its best.

another subject that recently annoyed me about the fish stands here, is that alot of them suck badly. the fish just tastes like ****. i mean you have a fish stand, which is a pretty damn lame job, at least make sure your fish does not tast like ****. like make it a challenge to get a bunch of good customers, get a good rep so you sell more. instead they just stand there with theyr dumb ass all day selling theyr junk that tasteslike ****, untill they dissapear after a while.

When you enter a restaurant or bar you enter a pact that you're going to order food and drink and pay for it. If people choose to leave you a tip for a job well done, it is up to them. If a bartender/server is a self-absorbed arrogant POS, I use my right to not leave them a cent to my advantage and show them what happens when they don't do their job. You apparently have a hard time conceptualizing that tips aren't mandatory, and that is why you are broke and a piece of ****.

I don't think you understand. He is an awesome bartender and customers go way out of their way just to be served by him. To tip him 50 cents when he takes the cap off of a beer is insulting given his level of competence and you will get a loogie in your salad for it as sweet payback.

Not sure if this has been covered in this thread but I hate people who refuse to withdraw out of ATM's that have like $2 service charges and instead opt to drive over to the bank...one of my coworkers decided to do this in Niagara...please *****

Veecee - I used to not have a problem with driving further to a non-service charge ATM. With gas prices now though, eff it.
