My female friend had a pretty epic rant on Facebook about that new trend. She is like "who the **** wants to look like a dowdy pirate?!" also she saw someone knock over a full cup of coffee because of an excess of sleeves.

I'm no fashionista but none of those ladies pictured looks like a dowdy pirate.

It's called an ab crack or something. It's the latest thing young women are aspiring to apparently.

Might just be a NJ thing but the ridiculous overtanned look that comes from hours in a tanning bed is still popular here. Combined with NJ girls' tendency to put on makeup with a trowel and wear fake eyelashes, they end up looking like aging porn stars.

I don't understand why they think it looks good. I've yet to meet a guy who thinks "I wish women would have orange skin and wear more makeup".

This is an excellent post because it proves how terrible those things are. When even a very good-looking woman would look better in pretty much anything else (other than maybe a durian costume), you know it's a terrible look.

As long as we are bumping this thread, I nominate any form of gladiator sandal as an absolute abomination. They are less popular now but I saw them a lot a few years ago.

Also, a lot of people are wrong about short hair. It can be great, better than long hair if the women is naturally attractive, but it has to be really short, short enough be edgy. If short hair is too long, it of course looks the haircut of a middle aged woman.

Also, hair that is too long often is a bigger error than hair that is too short.

And we might as well add some terrible male fashion trends as well. I've been seeing a few man jumpers around NYC lately and holy **** is that a terrible look. I guess that's no surprise seeing as jumpers mostly look terrible on woman also.

"cold shoulder" tops are absolutely everywhere. Why?? They honestly look ridiculous.
