Since this question has repeatedly been ignored by OP I will give it a shot.
Let's say the hypothetical menu in question offers lettuce in their salads. Since you ordered lettuce on your burger, clearly you should get a salad because it also contains lettuce. You should also get any other item on the menu that has lettuce in it. The same rule applies to the onions and jalapeños.
If you don't bring out these items you could be guilty of stealing from the customer. Stealing from the customer is not only morally wrong, but it is illegal. Unless she specifically states she does not want every other item on the menu that includes lettuce, onions, and jalapeños you of course should bring it to her.
Any and all dressings that come with these additional items should be included as well. If she runs out of dressing, you should not automatically bring more of the same exact dressing, because then you would be making a decision for her which you clearly have no right to make. You should come over and ask, would you like more dressing, and if so what kind?
