Serious question here. Last night we went out to eat at Outback. My steak was good, but a couple of minutes after the server brought the food I decided that I wanted some Heinz 57 sauce. The server didn't check back with us within 3 minutes or so of delivering the food, as he should HAVE DONE. Instead he was OUTSIDE on the cell phone for an additional minute or two, and I had to wait a full!!! ****TWO MiNUTES****** before being able to request my 57 sauce.

I normally would have tipped 25% since the server's service was otherwise good, but instead I only tipped 23%! Is 2% enough of a tip reduction for that server so inconsiderately making me have to wait two EXTRA minutes for some delicious Heinz 57?
